Care
Hand-Tied Bouquets
Each bouquet is carefully prepared with a water source at the stem base to keep the flowers fresh during transit.
After receiving your bouquet:
• Keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• When properly stored, the bouquet can remain beautifully fresh in its wrapping for 1–3 days.
For longer enjoyment, remove the wrapping and place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water.
Trim the stems and change the water every 1–2 days to maximize flowers' life.
Floral Foam Arrangements
(Flower Boxes • Flower Baskets • Mega Bouquets )
Keep the arrangement in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Simply add a small amount of water to the floral foam every 1–2 days to keep it moist.
No vase is needed—the arrangement is designed to stay in its container.
Fresh flowers are natural products, and each bloom is unique.
Small variations in bloom size, shape, and opening stage are completely normal and make every arrangement one of a kind.
With proper care, most fresh flowers can be enjoyed for 5–10 days, depending on the flower variety.
Delivery
Delivery fees vary based on distance.
Once you provide the delivery address, we’ll confirm the delivery fee before your order is finalized.
Our delivery window is typically:
🕛 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Deliveries are scheduled by route, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We truly appreciate your understanding.
After delivery, we’ll send a delivery confirmation photo via text message.
Unless otherwise requested, bouquets will be left at the front door or another safe designated drop-off location.
If we were unable to complete your delivery in the following circumstances, please contact us immediately to schedule a redelivery or pick-up; redelivery fees may apply: wrong address provided, the apartment building is not accessible ( no receptionist is available), the recipient cannot be reached, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, etc. We are unable to issue refunds for the above cases.
Order
We are a made-to-order florist, and every arrangement is handcrafted just for you.
• We recommend placing your order at least 3 business days in advance.
• Orders can be placed up to 1 month ahead.
• Need flowers sooner? Feel free to send us a DM! We’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders based on availability.
Fresh flower availability changes daily.
If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value while preserving the bouquet’s overall color palette, style, and aesthetic.
The final arrangement will closely reflect the inspiration photos shown on our page.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 24 hours from the time the flowers were delivered to request a replacement/refund.
To qualify for a replacement/refund, please provide proof of quality issues by emailing a photo/video of the original arrangement to info@echoflorist.com
Order cancellation
• More than 48 hours before delivery:
Full refund available.
• Within 48 hours of delivery:
A 15% cancellation fee will apply.
• Within 24 hours of delivery:
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
If your plans change, we’re happy to help reschedule your delivery whenever possible.
