I believe flowers are not only ornaments on the table. They can be gorgeously designed and easy to carry and present on any occasion. They can be stylish, unique, and special.  Vases are not included. But don't worry, we use cellophane and cotton tissue to keep your floral bouquets hydrated.

We use cellophane and cotton tissue to keep your floral bouquets hydrated. They can stay in excellent condition for 1-2 days, depending on the storage environment.After you have enjoyed and taken beautiful photos, for the best results and for flowers to live longer, please remove their wrapping paper and put them in a vase. To keep  1/3 to 1/2 water level, cut the stem ends and replace the water daily.

There is a small chance that we may have to replace flowers or wrapping materials due to weather, shortage of supplies, or market-related factors. When substitution has to happen, we will choose similar style flowers and materials with an equal or higher price. We will make sure the entire style and color tone remain the same.

We accept all major credit cards, Alipay and Wechat pay.

Processing and Delivery

In order to prepare your flowers in the best condition, please place your order as early as possible. Place your order at least 1 business day in advance, we are temporarily unable to process same-day orders, thank you!

For all orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day, we will process them on the same day and the earliest delivery date is the next business day.

For all orders placed after 12:00pm on a business day, we will process them on the next business day, and the earliest delivery date is the second business day.

For all orders placed on weekends and holidays, they will be processed on the next business day and the earliest delivery date is the second business day.

 

We provide a local delivery service, and we will deliver all orders according to the route, we cannot deliver your orders on a specific time, the normal delivery time is between 10 am-4 pm, and the delivery time may be delayed due to weather or force majeure factors.

[Valentine's Day Delivery]Due to the large volume of orders on Valentine's Day and not to delay your Valentine's Day schedule, we will start delivery early and expect to complete all deliveries by 2:00 pm. If you have special delivery needs, you can add a delivery note, we will try our best to accommodate it but we cannot guarantee it.

No, you don't need to meet at door. We offer contactless delivery and deliver your flower to the door as much as we can. You will receive notifications when your order is out of delivery and has been delivered. You will receive the proof of delivery as well. 

If we are unable to complete your delivery in the following circumstances, please contact us immediately to schedule a redelivery or pick-up, redelivery fees may apply: wrong address provided, the apartment building is not accessible ( no receptionist is available) and the recipient cannot be reached, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, etc. We are unable to issue refunds for the above cases.

Replacement/Refund

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 24 hours after receiving your flowers to request a replacement/refund.

To qualify for a replacement/refund, please provide proof of quality issues by emailing a photo of the original arrangement to info@echoflorist.com

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been in process. Please contact us at least one business day in advance to request the cancellation of your order. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please contact us at info@echoflorist.com or Wechat:12408106261
